exactly, couldnt have said it better myself. i’m so upset i’m so so so so upset that he won’t just look after himself i’m so upset he can’t see how much he’s hurting himself and everyone around him. he knows what he’s capable of but he ignores his limits and pushes too far and doesn’t listen to his body when its just to tell him to stop
